The United Kingdom-based hotel chain surveyed 2,000 men and women across the England and found that Brits who sleep in blue rooms, reported the best shut-eye patterns, banking an impressive average of 7 hours and 52 minutes of sleep a night.
The color blue is often associated with a feeling of calmness , making it a good color to use at retail for bed settings and room vignettes.
Here’s how the other colors stacked up:
Yellow – 7 hours, 45 minutes
Green – 7 hours, 36 minutes
Silver – 7 hours, 33 minutes
