Happy Holidays to everyone!

Hopefully, everyone is having a wonderful holiday season.  This is a high stress time of year for everyone and it is more important than ever to get a great night sleep.  Remember it is not the amount of time you spend asleep but the quality of the R.E.M (deepness of sleep) that is so important.  Usually, our minds are filled with so much “things to do” during this time of year that it makes falling asleep difficult.  One of the best remedies for helping us get a better night sleep when are minds are on overdrive is to spend 20 minutes everyday meditating. If this is done later in the evenings you will find yourself falling asleep faster and in a deeper state of R.E.M.
