The Big Game is coming up and this year the stakes are even bigger. This year is a milestone for the Super Bowl in celebrating the 50th match up and history will be made.
While most people won’t go to the game, they sure will be watching and that means it’s time to go all out on the food and decorations. Coming up with clever and fun party appropriate finger foods can be tricky.
Sure there is always the staples, pizza, hot wings and beer…but this is Super Bowl 50… we all can do better than that. Luckily we have some ideas that are sure to be a hit at your party.
Skip the plain old round pizza pie…let’s give our finger and palette something to be excited about.
Try this new and inventive way to eat pizza and it doesn’t just stop at pepperoni! You could do all kind of combos like sausage and peppers, maybe even throw in some olives, or a little chicken with mozzarella and pesto? The possibilities are endless! And who doesn’t love easy to eat, easy to clean up finger foods.

Chili and Football go together like PB & J…so what is a Super Bowl party without our beloved chili? Well let’s face it, chili can get a little messy at times…so we found a chili recipe that will sure to be a big hit at your party.
Introducing Chili Bites! Now if you already have an award winning chili recipe then this dish just got even simplier. All you need is some hearty dinner rolls – like sourdough – cut the tops off and scoop on the inner bread and voila! Instant chili bowl. You can even place the bread “innards” on the side for people who still like to dunk.
Lastly, make sure you have all the fixin’s for your guests to make their own custom bowl.

February is not exactly the best time in the majority of US to go outside and fire up the grill… so here is an easy recipe that will help bring back the nostalgic feeling of tailgating, Meatball sliders!
All you need is a few simple ingredients and you got yourself an instant party classic! You can buy ground beef and make your own “balls” or buy them in the frozen section already premade and ready to go. These usually can be made in the crockpot or simply throwing them in the oven.
Whichever method you choose, don’t forget the key ingredients: Marinara sauce, mini brioche buns, and mozzarella cheese!
