Friendly staff got us a great deal on 3 beds + frames. Walked out for $1500 all told, and he was willing to keep them for us for a few days until we could pick it up. Best prices we saw across many stores in the area.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated customer! I purchased a mattress and paid extra to have it delivered. After sleeping on the mattress less than a week it never returned back to it's original shape. I went to the store and explained the situation and was told by the employee that it was made with defective foam. After 3 more visits to the store, nobody has done a thing to help. I've now called Corporate and talked to Ross, he told me Paul the District Manager would be calling me, no call yet. Horrible customer service and product!

Response from the owner: Hello Leslie,After Paul spoke with you it was determined that there wasn’t proper support under mattress. Since a foundation was not purchased from us, Paul suggested putting the mattress on a flat surface or purchasing a bunkie board or piece of plywood to sit on the existing bedframe slats. We have not heard back from you, so we would assume that this solved the issue. If that's not the case, please reach out to Paul so he may assist further as I know he's left messages for you.
