Went to mattress store with my husband to find a mattress that would best fit both of our needs. Terrance was extremely helpful. He greeted us with a smile as soon as we talked through the door, asked us a few questions to get a better understanding of what we were looking for. Ultimately we tried out multiple mattresses until we found one that fit our needs the best. Terrance had us also try a few pillows as I personally toss and turn a lot at night and have back problems and so does my spouse. He did amazing at explaining to us the pro’s and con’s of each type of mattress we tried. We found the right mattress. He walked us through the purchase and shipping/delivering options. He had amazing customer service, polite, kind and cheerful. Highly recommend!

Employee didn’t want to help us out and we had to pulled out the mattress by ourselves .This place treat people bad. Employee just sit down and ask us “ You want to make a deal”? I don’t deal with lazy people. You can’t be sitting and make profits like that.

I had gone to mattress depot after checking out a few mattress stores and this place has by far one of the best customer services I have ever received. I ended up buying a mattress here simply off the fact that I enjoyed my time interacting with Troy and Nate, some of the coolest people I've had the privilege to meet!

Shawn was great at helping with purchasing a new mattress. Very friendly and informative. I think the delivery staff could benefit from his professionalism. From the moment I told them which apartment it was going to they didn’t stop complaining. They were even more disappointed when knowing they also were to take my old mattress and made sure to voice that. Definitely made me rethink having paid for this service and should have just brought it home myself as it seemed to be a burden for the employees.

Fantastic experience. I shopped 6 other competing locations and no one gave me the time or attention like Shawn did. He made me feel like my concerns were valid, showed me an assortment of mattress options and helped me pick the best one for my needs. I will come here again when it's time to upgrade the kids beds! Great prices, phenomenal service and the showroom was super clean! Don't go anywhere else!

Shawn helped us find the mattress that was just right for us. We also stayed in our budget , knowing that this is our holiday times. He was very polite and informative. We was informed with how long it would take to get this ordered and it came in 2 days earlier. My delivery was also 2 days earlier. I was very happy with the service I got.
