I purchased a set of king box springs. After delivery, I noticed that one of them was warped. I contacted Casey and he went to work finding a replacement set. I really appreciated Casey's knowledge during the purchase but also and more importantly the service after the sale. It is rare to find someone who delivers on both. I now have a perfect set of box springs and am so happy I went to a reputable company to do business with.
