The sales person (Andy) was very knowledgeable about all of the pros and cons of each mattress in the showroom. He was very friendly and did not pressure us in any way. Having visited several shops that day every mattress shop in the area, so we were not easily impressed. A very pleasant experience and we can thoroughly recommend Andy to anyone wishing to purchase a mattress.

What amazing customer services we received from Micheal at mattress depot USA in Lynnwood WA! We needed a mattress ASAP for our aging father. Went in on Friday evening helped us pick out a great mattress made sure it was in stock and set up delivery for Sunday! Could not be more grateful! My experience was great!Michael was very helpful- he helped determine what I needed and guided me. He asked questions and showed me choices. Guys if you are looking for a mattress I highly recommend going to Mattress Depot. I had a great experience with their representative Michael at the Lynnwood location not only did he listen to what I was looking for he helped me find the best choice for my budget and gave me options without overloading information! Addressed all our questions and allowed our kids to take their time in picking things out. He definitely went out of his way to help us and really enjoyed the experience.
