I called a couple places to quote me for a queen sized box spring. Jim had the best energy out of everyone I called and fair prices. We went in to view the box spring and it was exactly what we were looking for. He provided great customer service and was extremely knowledgeable about the product. And also answered any questions we had. Support this store! They source local product.

My husband and I continue coming back to this store; we got our master bedroom’s king size bed and also a twin xl for a daybed a couple of years ago. Today we visited the store to buy a full/double for our guestroom, we said we wanted the same model as our king size and despite that model was no longer being produced, Will helped us picking a bed that was almost identical - he also helped us trying a few other very comfortable options. We were in and out in half an hour with our new bed!

I bought a mattress for my son here. The salesperson (I believe Will is his name) was not overly pushy. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us. He did not try to upsell us which I appreciated. We ended up checking out a couple more stores in the area, but ultimately went back because it was the right deal and mattress. Will was very personable, knocked some money off the mattress, and set up delivery fast. He took really good care of us, the way customer service should be. The mattress arrived on time as promised, well packed and in perfect condition. Set up went well. My son is happy, I'm happy. Thank you so much for the perfect experience.

Had a situation where rapidly needed a good mattress for a patient in assisted living faculty. Found a good mattress and base combo at a good price. After setup. discovered the height was not what was needed in assisted living facility. Returned to Mattress Depot and exchanged, with no hassle or penalty, for a thinner mattress. Great service - even in dealing with three different salesmen in the Lynnwood, WA store.

Did not expect to get a professional experience. I went into the store was greeted and shown variety of beds. The best part was being able to find the perfect one. Thanks to Justin I was able to go through and find which bed fit just right. I was worried about the price but same time wanted to pay for what I was getting comfort and place for my body to recharge. Thanks to Snap I am able to get a bed worthy. Now don't get me wrong APR on snap is outrageous but reasonable if you pay it off in time. Thanks for you help Mattress Depot and Thanks to Justin & Dan for all your help.
