Okay don't kill me. I believe his name was Travis but his name starts with a t and he is the most awesomest customer driven employer he explained to me what every bed did. He even showed me the awesome up and down features of all the beds he let me lay on them. It was the best experience ever. Charlie from the Covington Mattress Depot is absolutely amazing. I came here from a horrible experience at Mattress Firm. Charlie’s first recommendation was absolutely perfect but he still took me around to make sure that was what really fit me best. I was on a tight budget and was very overwhelmed, he was so calm, kind, and comforting I felt like I was visiting a friend. I left with everything I needed all within the budget I wanted. He did not try to upsell me at all rather just to give me what i truly needed. I felt absolutely no pressure and would recommend this store and Charlie for anyone.For the delivery I confirmed a 3 hour window the night before, and they were even kind enough to call me with a 10-15 minute window for a heads up. Very happy
