Absolutely hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had, most personable relatable gentleman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. NICEST guy , so helpful, sweet as can be and not a single bad thing to say about Charlie , got us a great deal. Hope he has a great holiday!
Went to mattress Depot yesterday and had an amazing experience Charlie was very knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful in finding my husband and my new mattress thank you so much Charlie you are one amazing person.
Okay don't kill me. I believe his name was Travis but his name starts with a t and he is the most awesomest customer driven employer he explained to me what every bed did. He even showed me the awesome up and down features of all the beds he let me lay on them. It was the best experience ever. If you guys are interested in getting a new mattress, go see Mr. T over there at mattress Depot located in Covington, Washington. Tell him or them that the Mrs. Jasmine sent you

Charlie did an excellent job for us when we were looking for a mattress to replace our 15-year-old mattress. He left us alone to look around, did not do a hard sell, but answered all our questions. Very pleasant experience. Excellent customer service.
Helped grandma purchase a new mattress, the guy did a fantastic job making sure she was satisfied and better quality than before! Thank you again.
Charlie from the Covington Mattress Depot is absolutely amazing. I came here from a horrible experience at Mattress Firm. Charlie’s first recommendation was absolutely perfect but he still took me around to make sure that was what really fit me best. I was on a tight budget and was very overwhelmed, he was so calm, kind, and comforting I felt like I was visiting a friend. I left with everything I needed all within the budget I wanted. He did not try to upsell me at all rather just to give me what i truly needed. I felt absolutely no pressure and would recommend this store and Charlie for anyone.
For the delivery I confirmed a 3 hour window the night before, and they were even kind enough to call me with a 10-15 minute window for a heads up. Very happy

Charlie is THE best. We went to other mattress places prior and felt discouraged at people trying to upsell us out of our price range. Charlie was considerate, honest and made us feel totally comfortable while shopping. He was also really funny. We ended up buying a mattress and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. Definitely shop here!!!

I am not one to write a review, but I was so impressed with my experience, I knew I would feel guilty, if I didn't say a thank you! I came in looking for a mattress for my mother-in-law, and was helped by the salesperson, Charlie. He took his time to help me out, listened and really made me feel at ease. To be honest, it was actually a fun shopping experience and I hate shopping!
