We went to Mattress Depot to get a new mattress. Travis helped us and he was amazing! He found us the perfect mattress, pillows and also mattress protector. I purchased a bed and mattress from GABE a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. One, I felt at ease and comfortable with him, which for me, is a big deal. Two. He was very knowledgeable about what he was selling and was able to steer me in the right direction. I am recovering from a broken back so I have been in a lot of pain. He had me lay on different mattresses and found one that when I laid on it, I did not hurt. That was a surprise. It has been a couple of weeks sleeping on it now and I still do not hurt like I was with my old bed and the hotel beds I was sleeping in as I moved back here from Mississippi. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Mattress Depot and if you get Gabe as your salesman, you will be blessed.

Had great service. Did not feel pressured to buy anything we didn’t want. They were very knowledgeable. Ordering was simple and they delivered. Set up was quick and easy. I called to check in on the order just to make sure with Covid it would not be delayed and they remembered us and their delivery time was accurate. Will definitely go back and recommend them to others.

We went into Mattress Depot looking for a firmer mattress due to my .husbands severe back pain. Our pillow top mattress had become unbearable and we needed some direction on making the right decision on mattress type. We were greeted by Bob who not only educated us but also had our best interest in mind financially. It wasn’t about what was the most expensive, it was about what we needed and what options wpuls work within our budget. We truly felt we received a personal experience. We visited the store 3 times before we made the decision and each time, we were welcomed and immediately assisted with nothing but extraordinary customer service. We ended up going with the tempurpedic and although I was on the fence at first, we now couldn’t be happier with our purchase. I truly think having the personal experience by Bob,, made us pull the trigger. I’m sleeping better than ever and I thank you for that!! ! My husband thanks you too!! 🙂

I was shopping for a new mattress and was out comparing prices today. The staff member at this store, Bob was very helpful and patient. The other stores I visited were high pressure, showing me models way out of my budget and pushing me to finance (which I did not want to do). The moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a smile and shown models of all price ranges for comparison. I found the perfect mattress within budget and was able to get a few fancy pillows. I left a very happy customer.

Mattress Depot is phenomenal!
The customer service that I received from Ryan at the Bonney Lake Mattress Depot was beyond anything I could have expected.
I did my due diligence shopping around and wish I would have gone to Mattress Depot first. The experience was unlike any shopping experience I’ve had. It was all about me. I talked and Ryan listened. Ryan is observant and was able to point out which mattresses I more positively responded to when trying them out. He noticed things I did not. This helped me find the perfect mattress.
I also purchased a mattress for my son. He received the same care and attention to detail that I did. My budget was respected and there is really is something for every budget there!
Ryan took the time to listen. His knowledge of the products is impressive and extensive. The store has a large variety of mattresses and bases with even more available on their website.
Take my advice, avoid the pushy sales pitches and to go to Mattress Depot. You will be treated with respect and receive the kind of service you always hope for.

I brought my elderly parents into the store to help them with purchasing an adjustable bed. The sales manager, Bob, was extremely helpful and patient with them as they asked a lot of questions (sometimes the same question over again). He treated them with the upmost respect and asked them questions about what their needs were so he could guide them to the right bed for them. They tried out several beds and did choose one. By far the BEST customer service we have encountered in a long time. I will be recommending this store and salesman to all my friends and relatives.
