Brett provided great service. He gave a detailed introduction on the functionalities of bases and mattresses. Definitely a wonderful shopping experience!
Vinh Lam was so very helpful. I had a crisis where I needed to replace a queen size mattress fast and arrange for disposal of the old one. Vinh was very accommodating and very helpful. I'd reccomend this company to anyone that is in the market for a bed or mattress! Thanks again Vinh!
David helped us a lot in getting the right mattress and bed frame. He was patient, fun to talk to and answered all the questions we had for him. Would highly recommend the store.
My wife and I stubled on this shop after lunch nearby and Brett helped us find the perfect mattress to replace our aging one. We like the firmest mattress possible, which had been hard to find anywhere else, but Mattress Depot carried a local brand that was new to us and they nailed it. Brett was extremely helpful and not pushy at all, just provided a great customer experience and got us sorted quickly and easily. Happily recommend this place!
