Mattress Depot USA and its affiliates agree to ship merchandise, if it is currently in stock, within 2 business days of your purchase. Most purchases will take 4 to 14 business days to arrive after shipping. Some products will ship directly to you from our manufacturers. Shipments and deliveries are performed by a third party such as FedEx, UPS, and sometimes various LTL carriers. All shipments and deliveries are to the accessible entrance of the ship to address.
Mattress Guarantees & Policies
Our goal is to make your purchase a simple, hassle free and rewarding experience. Mattress Depot USA wants you to purchase with confidence and we understand that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. Therefore, we offer a 120 day sleep trial on all of our new mattresses when you purchase a mattress protector from us at the same time.
Without the purchase of a mattress protector, we offer a 30 day sleep trial. If the mattress you purchase is not the right comfort then you can exchange it for a mattress of equal value or you can pay the difference on a higher value mattress. Sleep trial exchanges cover same size and are limited to one (1) exchange per customer. All you have to do is pay the cost for return shipping to our warehouse. We just ask that you spend at least two weeks adjusting to your new mattress before requesting an exchange. Usually it takes a few weeks for your body to become familiar and adjust to a new mattress by giving it some time, you know you made the right decision.
Of course, if your new mattress is delivered damaged in shipment then we will exchange it right away for you at no charge. Just make a note of the damage on the shipper’s receipt prior to signing and then give us a call so we can assist. Please be aware that all mattress purchases are non-refundable.
Furniture & Linens Guarantee/Return Policy
Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders
Our guarantee is simple; purchases for Furniture and Linens are refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged, in new and unused condition, and include original packaging materials and product literature. Customers are responsible for incurred round trip shipping fees + 20% restocking fee, and must be received within 30 days. Credit will be given in 3-5 business days from product return arrival. If the item is large or oversized; you can contact us to schedule return pick-up. You will be informed of incurred shipping fees via phone or email for approval of return before pickup is scheduled.
Custom sizes ordered product (California King, Full XL, & Twin XL) are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees as noted above when returned due to the specific nature of the product. Of course, if your new furniture is damaged in shipment, we will replace the damaged item or send out a certified repair technician right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper’s receipt and give us a call within 1 day so we can assist.
Non-Returnable Items and Final Sale
Ready-to-assemble product that has been assembled, clearance and overstock items, and unpackaged linens are final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged.
Although we try our best to inform you before your order is placed, an item may be on back order with the manufacturer. In the event your order is on back order, we are happy to cancel it for you at no charge. However, if the item has already shipped within the indicated delivery timeframe, it would be subject to the Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders Policy.

Orders after 24 hours are unable to be canceled or changed as we are financially responsible for the order and the merchandise is already shipped. For those orders they would be subject to our Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders Policy.
