Beyond pleased with our experience today at Mattress Depot. I had the pleasure of walking into Mattress Depot in the Valley on Saturday and meeting the owners, Lani and Ryan. They were helpful when I wanted a foundation for a king. Turned out they only had 1 pc and needed to go to their Spokane store to get them. I was in no hurry and Ryan advised he could do it the next day. In the meantime we talked and learned that they are not only the owners of this store, they are amazing humans! I feel so blessed to have met them and so grateful to give them my business.The next day my son in law was putting my frame together to get ready for the foundation. It was missing pieces. He went to the store to buy the frame. When he explained my situation Ryan immediately said, that's not safe and made the safe suggestion. The adjustable bed frame. I spoke to Ryan on the phone and he said, "If it were my mom, this is what I would want for her'. His concern was for my safety and comfort. This is the kind of outstanding customer service I got and why I whole heartedly recommend Mattress Depot if you are looking for a local store. Thank you Lani and Ryan for everything! This was the greatest mattress buying experience I have ever had. I appreciated that Ryan listened to what my needs were and didn't try to upsell me on more than what I needed for this purpose. It was even better that what I needed was in stock! I really appreciated the assistance getting the frames and mattresses loaded as well.
