Vincent was truly helpful with our decision to buy a mattress! We came in with little knowledge and he helped us make a good decision. We appreciate that he wasn’t there to just make a sale on the most expensive mattress, he wanted us to find one regardless of the price and gave us options for similar ones to the expensive mattress we liked the most. We had an excellent experience with Vincent. We wanted a new cal king mattress and Vincent was very patient with us as we tried different ones until we found one we liked. We actually forgot to mention the “cal” part when we ordered the mattress so we got the wrong size, but Vincent was very quick to remedy the situation for us with no fuss! Delivery of the new mattress as well as removal of our old mattress and box spring was a breeze!

We came in to just look around and Vincent was super helpful, talked about what we were interested. He helped us decide on our next bed that was super comfortable. He is someone you can definitely talk to about beds He knows what he is talking about I'm sad that we did t come to him for our first bed but now we are all set and ready for some good night sleep. I would recommend 10 starts but unfortunately can only give 5.

Vince at Mattress Depot on the South Hill saved my life! My car battery died in the Target parking lot. I asked so many people in the lot to help-no luck. I turned to Target, they responded simply “we don’t do that”. I ran to Sally’s next door, unfortunately the girl working was alone and could not leave the store. I was feeling completely sad and defeated. I turned to Mattress depot and not only did they offer to help right away, but went above and beyond by making sure I got the right cords, driving over to where I was and making sure everything was okay after. Thank you so so much!!! So refreshing to see such kind people that are not just about sales, but actually care. Definitely getting our next mattress from here!
