Arrive in mattress depot USA twin lake today looking for mattress for my son. Owner and Jason giving friendly service. They explain in detailed each bed difference rather than trying selling the bed. We did ended up purchasing 1 hard mattress, will come back for more.

Awesome experience! Jason White helped us … he is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and knew exactly how to point us in the right direction. We financed our purchase and the process was quick and painless. The prices are great so we were able to finally upgrade to a king with adjustable base (and get a few additions)! The lighted sign outside has a letter not lit up and it made us question the quality of the store, and almost deterred us from going in. However once we went in Jason and Brian were so inviting and informative that we stayed. The store is very clean inside. We decided to buy the Aireloom starlight. Super impressed with mattress and Jason and Brian. Thank you

visited the Smokey Point mattress depot the other day and have to say Jason was the most knowledgeable sales person I've delt with. He gave us the best price out of all the other stores we visited that day. great customer service, definitely be back for our kids beds.

I’ve been sleeping terribly lately and went in to check out some options. I tried a place closer to Costco and no one approached me when I went in. Not even a hello. I decided to try another store and this one is in the same parking lot!! Went in and immediately was greeted by Jason. Jason was friendly and actually asked what brings me in specifically. Told him I’ve been having trouble sleeping and he was patient and not pushy either while I sat on every bed! All in all this guy is an amazing salesman and not only that, you can tell he really cares about people and their well being. I was so impressed I told my roommates to check this place out. Now we are all sleeping better 🙂 If you need a bed, pillows anything give this guy a call. Thanks Jason!!

I was constantly waking up with neck pain and Brian helped me pick out a great pillow that fits me perfectly. The pillow that he recommended helped my neck so much!! This is hands down the best pillow I have ever had!! Also, the service was amazing! Brian was very knowledgeable and took great care of me!!

Starting mattress shopping by calling around 1st. Better than driving all over town to attempt to talk to someone that would rather be doing anything but.. Caught Brian the other day and, Wow. Even knowing up front I'm just kicking tires he gave me his full attention. He interviewed me in order to make appropriate recommendations (I'm a stomach sleeper. No one has ever asked before) and then talked me through a few options/prices points. I feel like I've narrowed it down after talking to him. Now I just need to pull the trigger.. Companies need more Brians.

Went into Office Depot for two king size beds, five pillows, mattress protectors, pillowcase protectors plus sheets .Jason helped me decide what would be the best fit for my family. I do recommend anyone that is looking for a bed or pillows and ask for Jason he will make your experience less stressful and less overwhelming.

Jason was awesome! He helped me find a bed quickly and exactly what i was looking for. My decision was between 2 beds, but he knew i really wanted the one that was a little more and organic. We had a great experience at Mattress Depot. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes, Jason was knowledgeable and helpful and respected our budget. He was also kind to our children while we shopped (I'm glad we thought to have them bring books to read!). Quick delivery and haul away of our old mattress, too.

Jerry was our sales representative yesterday. He was very helpful, showed us to the right mattress right away. We looked at a couple others just to compare but chose the first one. This is the second mattress we have purchased in Marysville and they are never pushy, very helpful, and have competitive prices. Might you find a less expensive mattress online? Maybe. But the crew in Marysville will do everything swiftly and professionally for you without pushing you. Also, there is an impressive variety of mattresses available on the floor to try out. Give them a try.

I had a very good experience this week buying a new memory foam mattress. Jason the sales rep insisted I try multiple mattress, not just the firm one I thought I needed. Turns out he was right, the medium firm mattress when it was delivered was perfect and I have not woken during the night as usual due to discomfort. I recommend Mattress Depot for its no pressure, high info sales talk which gave me the perfect mattress. Cheers!
