Husband and I went mattress shopping at several different places today and this store could not be beat. From customer service with Roger to the testing of mattresses, to all of the information given. He went way above and beyond, very knowledgeable and isn’t there to sell you up. He wants to get the right bed and base specifically for you and your body. Makes you feel very comfortable and not pressured in any way. Beat mattress firm for me!

Great customer service and great prices. We needed to replace the mattress we bought from Mattress Ranch. Although the initial price there was great, our mattress only lasted 8 years, and we are not heavy people. I first looked at Mattress Firm and the prices were insane. The two mattresses i liked were $3500 and $7500! Thank goodness I found this place instead. I ended up buying a great $1700 mattress that happens to be locally made in Portland with lots of natural materials like real latex, no PCBs, and a 15 year warranty. Delivery with disposal of the old mattress was only $100. Very satisfied.

We went shopping for our new bed today. We were so happy with our experience!!! Gabe was so friendly and so helpful and really worked hard to find us the bed that would meet both of our needs!!! My husband always says I'm like princess and the pea but that didn't faze Gabe a bit!!! He took some time to get to know us to see what would be the best fit. We are so pleased with the service we got and would HIGHLY recommend Gabe and Puyallup Mattress Depot to anyone looking for a great new bed and personalized shopping experience. We went to to other mattress stores and this one had a better selection with a variety of brands and price points. Derrick was in training but super insightful. Roger helped make sure the ordering went smoothly. We would definitely come back again if we had to buy another mattress.

I am so thankful we found Gabe at Mattress Depot! He let us look around and then he helped my mom find the right mattress for her! She wanted to take her time to look for a mattress. Gabe was a wonderful sales man who helped her get out of her shell and find the exact mattress she needed! He asked lots of questions and guided her to find the right mattress for her! We had the best experience with Roger at the Mattress Depot! After making stops at serveral other mattress stores in the area... everything was starting to look and feel the same. Roger was so welcoming and knowledgeable. He was great to work with and had a wonderful sense of humor as well. He showed us the best option for us after asking some questions about what we needed.
